Concessions: All band parents will be required to support the concession stands which will include all home games, Heart of Dixie, if applicable, and play off games as this is one of our major sources of income. It will be the responsibility of the parent to find a replacement if they are unable to work. This could be a relative, neighbor, or friend. The telephone committee will call the band parents to set up exact times and dates of services needed.

This committee will be responsible for getting local businesses to participate on the card for discounts in their businesses. This allows for full accountability.

(Students will pickup their fruit and meat for each of their customers in the band room on the day of the delivery date.)

The canned drinks will be given to students after half-time. The visiting band will receive their complimentary half-time drinks at the south stand. The President will notify the visiting band of the complimentary drinks and where to get them. Volunteers needed to help serve these drinks for both home and away games. Volunteers will also be responsible for placing the coolers of water in the stands.
Gatorade/Water: Volunteers are needed to mix and serve Gatorade to the band students during summer practice. This committee is also responsible for preparing the coolers of ice water that will be placed on several bleacher seats for the students to refill their water bottles. Volunteers will be responsible for placing coolers at the roll-up door to be loaded onto the equipment truck prior to the event.
Heart of Dixie: Many volunteers are needed to help in this event. This event consists of bands coming from all over the south to participate in our festival.
